Rather than do the typically boring About Me, let’s do some Q&A – based on questions I’m typically asked.

What do I do for a living?

I consider myself an IT (Information Technology) Consultant. IT Consultant simply means this: if you have a question or problem with anything concerning technology, then I can help you.

How did I get in this business?

I’ve always been interested in computers and technology. After spending several years in the outdoors industry, I decided to get into computers and technology full-time. I worked as a software and networking instructor for a couple of years and eventually decided to branch out on my own doing IT Consulting and support.

How many employees do you have?

0 – It’s just me.

Why? My reputation is everything. I’ve been fortunate to have a long list of clients ranging from wealthy residential customers to businesses to middle class people and many in the lower income brackets. I believe that when I service your computer or network or iphone or whatever, that the job should be done to my standards.

Now, there are times when I will collaborate with my friends in the tech business. From time to time, I will also outsource to local contractors (such as large network wiring jobs); however, I always oversee every project.

How far will I travel?

That’s easy. I will travel as far as necessary. I have clients on the east coast, the west coast, and down in Florida.  As long as someone needs tech help and is willing to pay reasonably for the service, then my answer is simple. I will be there.

Of course, a lot of support doesn’t require that I travel much. That’s the beauty of the internet, FedEx, and UPS.
